A few small inconveniences popped up, like a lamp shorting out and the laundry closet could really use some proper lighting. I ended up using my phone's flashlight to see what I was doing. Also, make sure to clarify the delivery address with the front desk to avoid confusion. it's for the whole plaza, not just the hotel.

The apartment came equipped with a washer and dryer, which was very convenient for our family, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff truly made our stay special, always responsive to our needs. Although it would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room, overall, we had a fantastic experience!
